How to add a token using a block explorer
Search for the token on etherscan or visit XBTC's Etherscan via link - https://etherscan.io/token/0x5bdc0bc6d2ccce56213a300587a84edeb3481448
Click the 'More' button in the top right of the token's profile summary, and Click 'Add token to MetaMask (Web3)'
MetaMask will pop up for you to confirm that you want to add the token.
Click "Add token"
Find us on CoinGecko or CMC and hit "Add to Metamask" from there.
