(ii) Third-Party Beneficiaries. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, these Terms are intended to confer rights or remedies upon any person or entity other than you.

(iii) Interpretation. The language in these Terms will be interpreted in accordance with its fair meaning and not strictly for or against either party.

(iv) Severability. Should any part of these Terms be held invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.

(v) No Waivers. Our failure or delay in exercising or enforcing any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of future exercise or enforcement of such a right or provision. By providing us with your email address, you consent to our using the email address to send you any notices. Notices sent by email will be effective when we send the email, and notices we provide by posting will be effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current.

(ix) Assignment. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, whether by operation of law or otherwise. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at our sole discretion to an affiliate, or in connection with an acquisition, sale, or merger. These Terms will be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

(xi) No Prevention of Remedies. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any remedies. The exercise of one remedy by a party does not exclude the simultaneous or subsequent exercise of another remedy.

(xii) No Agency Relationship. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between you and us.

(xiii) Export Control. You acknowledge that the Platform and related software and technology may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable national and international export control laws.

(xiv) Non-Discrimination. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, or age.

(xv) Language. These Terms were originally written in English. Although we may provide translations of these Terms for your convenience, the English version controls in the event of any conflicts or discrepancies.

THE PLATFORM

BMM20 & XBTC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is making the BMM20 NFTs (the “Platform”) available to you. The platform offers a blockchain-based solution for the sale of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT) that mint the cryptocurrency XBTC through a specially developed Reward program.

The holder of a BMM20 NFT is entitled to "Rewards" from the minted NFTs in the form of XBTC and the respective deposited hashrate.

The “minted” XBTC are credited to the user's account in real-time and continuously. The user can transfer the XBTC to another crypto wallet at any time.
